IUS/Canada 2008 Registration Form

Registration for the IUS/Canada 2008 Regional Conference is a two-step process

Step One: Registration Fees

• We strongly recommend paying online through PayPal.
• Please see the payment details on the registration form if paying by cheque or credit card.
• Credit cards are only accepted until 1 November 2008.
• Credit cards will not be accepted on-site; only cash or cheques will be accepted at the conference. Registrants are responsible for banking restrictions.

Step Two: Registration

The registration form must be completed and submitted. Instructions for doing so via email, fax or postal service are on the form.

Payments

Registration fees increase on 1 November 2008. No credit card payments can be made directly to the IUS after 1 November 2008. They can only be made via PayPal.
