AirMany conference delegates will arrive by air. Kingston does have a local airport with connections to Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, but flights are limited and typically small-capacity. Toronto (Pearson International) airport is approximately 3 hours west of Kingston. Montreal (Trudeau International) airport is approximately 3 hours east of Kingston. Ottawa International airport is approximately 2 hours northeast of Kingston. DrivingFor those driving from the U.S. to Kingston, crossing at the Hill Island border crossing will bring you closest to the city. Coming from any direction by car (once you're in Canada), take the 401 towards Kingston (401 East from Toronto and points west, and 401 West from Montreal and points east). Exit at Division St. or Montreal St. and head south to get downtown Kingston. Hotels are located on or near the waterfront, which is the southern boundary of the downtown core. TrainThe Kingston VIA station has daily service from both the east and the west, and is a short taxi ride from downtown ($10-$15 fare).
